Refund & Returns Policy

At CaryBloom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (exact days as per your store policy).
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Discounted or clearance sale products (unless defective).
  • Personalized/customized items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@carybloom.com with your order details.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as CaryBloom is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
