1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery (exact days as per your store policy).
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Discounted or clearance sale products (unless defective).
- Personalized/customized items.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as CaryBloom is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
